• Customize solutions by matching client needs with plan features.
• Handle objections and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of international medical insurance products (IPMI International Private Medical Insurance).

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion.
• Customer-centric, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong networking skills ability to tap into universities, expat communities, and high-net-worth networks.
