Business Development Specialist

We're expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is driven, proactive, and excited about building strong client relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, engaging with prospects, supporting demos, and playing a key role in growing a sales pipeline within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

Engage with inbound and outbound leads (calls, LinkedIn, email)

Support product demos and client conversations

Follow up with prospects and manage CRM updates

Assist in moving opportunities through the sales pipeline

Work closely with Business Development leadership

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in outbound reach and prospecting

Sales or business development experience is a plus

Target-driven, organized, and eager to grow

Hindi or Urdu Speaker

MUST have a valid UAE driving license and access to a car.

1-2 years of experience in Business Development.
