Job Summary
PM Digital Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in the Real Estate sector and previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth particularly within the real estate market. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the Real Estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Account Management, Creative, Media Buying, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Specialist or similar role.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate field.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content, etc.).
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
