Job Description

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, commercially focused role positioned at the heart of MoonTech's growth strategy. As Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in driving new revenue and establishing scalable processes that fuel our expansion across key markets. You will be responsible for leading brand acquisition efforts, building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, and converting high-potential leads into long-term strategic partnerships. With no inherited legacy systems, this is a unique opportunity to help define our go-to-market approach, shape our sales playbook, and influence how and to whom we sell as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel pipeline across target verticals
  • Own brand acquisition end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing
  • Clearly articulate and sell MoonTech's value of performance, control, and ROI
  • Work with brands to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into campaigns on the platform
  • Track pipeline health, conversion, deal velocity, and revenue performance
  • Contribute to refining our ICPs, messaging and the GTM strategy as we scale
  • Help build the function's sales processes, playbooks, and operating model
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, and time-to-value

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort owning targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or performance-driven products.
  • Comfortable building process in ambiguous environments.
  • Commercially sharp communicator and confident closer.
