Business Development Specialist - Staff Outsourcing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT Staff Outsourcing within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key enterprise clients and a deep understanding of the IT resource outsourcing landscape, including project-based and long-term placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staff outsourcing and Permanent Hiring.

Build and maintain strong client relationships across banking, insurance, government, and enterprise sectors.

Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.

Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding of outsourced staff.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.

Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT staff outsourcing or manpower services in the UAE.

Strong network with HR, procurement, and IT decision-makers across major sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.

UAE driving license preferred.
