Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Jiddah. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies for lead generation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organization growth and meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and business performance
• Effective Communication skills for building relationships with clients and team collaboration
• Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify and attract potential clients
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and satisfaction
• Proficiency in planning and executing business strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• +3 years experience in the logistics or freight industry in Saudi Arabia is a must
