Your Role in VT Markets
As Business Development Team Leader, you will lead our Arabic-speaking business development initiatives across the GCC and broader MENA region. Focusing exclusively on Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships, you will drive both hands-on business development activities while developing and managing a high-performing BDM team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding VT Markets presence in Arabic-speaking markets, combining strategic leadership with direct client engagement to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration goals.

● Market Expansion Impact: Successfully penetrate new Arabic-speaking markets within  the MENA region, increasing market share and brand recognition while establishing  sustainable competitive advantages  

What Makes You a Great Fit  
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of senior-level  experience in business development within forex/financial services industry  
● Proven track record of team leadership and management with demonstrated success in  developing high-performing sales teams in the MENA region  
● Extensive experience in IB partnership development and management with deep  understanding of Arabic-speaking financial markets  
Technical and Functional Skills:  
● Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with excellent communication skills across  various Arabic dialects and cultural contexts  
● Strong knowledge of forex markets, multi-asset trading, and brokerage operations with  ability to articulate complex financial concepts  
● Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and advanced Excel for team  performance tracking and strategic analysis  

Soft Skills: 
● Exceptional leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire, motivate,  and develop team members to achieve peak performance  
● Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation capabilities with cultural sensitivity to  work effectively across diverse Arabic-speaking markets  
● Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability, demonstrating both  visionary leadership and practical business development skills  
● Willingness to travel extensively throughout the GCC and MENA region for team  support, client meetings, and business development activities  
● Fluency in English required for internal collaboration and reporting, with Arabic language  skills essential for market engagement

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers, providing coaching,  mentoring, and performance management to drive individual and collective success  
  • Personally engage in high-level business development activities, targeting and acquiring  strategic Introducing Broker partnerships across Arabic-speaking markets  
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion strategies to penetrate new  territories and maximize revenue opportunities in the GCC and MENA region  
  • Build and maintain relationships with key IB partners, conducting negotiations on  partnership agreements, commission structures, and strategic collaborations  
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop Arabic-language promotional materials,  campaigns, and market-specific strategies that resonate with local audiences  
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and service  delivery for Arabic-speaking IB partners and their clients
