Business Excellence Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Certifications - Lean certification, Project Management, ISO 9001 etc.

Expertise in Lean methodologies, Kaizen principles, 5S practices, etc.

Additional advantage for candidates with expertise in Data Analytics

Proficiency in utilizing platforms like SharePoint, MS Teams, and other cloud-based tools is essential.

Job Overview - As a Business Excellence Executive, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency across the organization. Your responsibilities will involve optimizing processes to ensure they adhere to best practices and industry standards. Using methodologies like PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma, you will promote continuous improvement across all departments. You will lead initiatives and operational excellence projects to enhance business performance and guide teams toward achieving excellence, with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Job Responsibilities -

• Develop processes, policies, and procedures.
• Design and optimize process workflows.
• Monitor performance trends and share analysis with Head of Department.
• Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
• Conduct process audits and maturity assessments.
• Support digital transformation through automation.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Oversee the implementation of new procedures.
• Lead operational excellence projects.
• Use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting.
