Business Finance Manager

Job summary and responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance AM/Manager to manage business

finance and P&L review of BNPL commerce, credit cards and app monetization. The ideal

candidate will have prior experience in business/operational finance and financial reporting,

ensuring accuracy and timeliness in business operations and strong stakeholder

management skills to drive informed decision-making.

Roles and responsibilities:

Monitor day-to-day business metrics for reporting and insights

Coordination with external stakeholders for validation of MIS for revenue and cost

reconciliation

Prepare accruals for month end close activities

Support financial planning and analysis activities such annual operating plans,

monthly outlooks etc.

Prepare MIS reports and summaries for leadership review

Partnering with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Growth etc) for cost

analysis and review

Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and SOPs

Qualifications and Skills requirement:

Postgraduate in Accounting and/or Finance or CA with 5+ years of work experience

with prior business finance experience mandatory

Proficient in MS Office and Google suite applications

Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and related tools preferred.

Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
