Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for ambitious, self-driven professionals who are confident in B2B communication and passionate about AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients across Egypt, the UAE, and other MENA markets.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings and demos.
- Present Kalemna's solutions effectively to decision-makers (CX, operations, and sales leaders).
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align lead generation and conversion efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or SDR/BDR roles (preferably tech or SaaS).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations in English and Arabic.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
