Our Client : A well-established automotive business in Dubai is looking to appoint a commercially strong leader to head its Car Rental division. The mandate is clear: drive performance, protect margins, and scale the business in a highly competitive market.
Your Role : This role carries full responsibility for the car rental business in Dubai. The selected candidate will own commercial performance, operational efficiency, fleet strategy, and market positioning. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the UAE rental landscape and knows how to turn fleet into profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end performance of the car rental division with full financial accountability
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining pricing discipline and margin control
- Optimize fleet mix, utilization, rotation, and disposal strategy
- Strengthen corporate and B2B accounts across key segments
- Monitor market activity, competitor movement, and demand cycles
- Oversee cross-functional teams across operations, sales, fleet, and customer service
- Improve processes, controls, and service standards
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE car rental or automotive business leadership experience
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proven track record of managing a P&L
- Strong understanding of Dubai market dynamics and customer segments
- Experience in pricing strategy, fleet optimization, and corporate account development
- Decisive, commercially sharp, and execution-focused leadership style
