Role Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into data models and BI solutions, and developing dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the organization. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify key metrics, interpret data trends, and provide actionable insights that improve operations and strategy. Daily tasks include maintaining BI tools, ensuring data quality and integrity, documenting analytical processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to understand requirements and transform data into meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and optimize data structures that support reporting and analytics.
• Candidates should possess experience with Dashboards and Business Intelligence Tools to build, maintain, and enhance visual reports and self-service analytics.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) as well as familiarity with ETL processes.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics projects and prior work in consulting or data-driven organizations will be considered an advantage.
