Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Opportunity

This role focuses on transforming business requirements into data-driven BI solutions that support effective decision-making across the organization.

The position requires close collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, Operations, and Data Management teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Support Data Warehouse and Data Mart design and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and BI solutions.
• Participate in Agile, PSP/DMAIC, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to reporting solutions, SQL performance, and data processes.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and Data/BI teams.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree completed or currently in progress.
• Preferred backgrounds: Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Programming, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 6 months of Call Center experience, preferably in Workforce Management (WFM).
• 6+ months of experience with Power BI.
• 6+ months of experience with SQL, MySQL, or Oracle is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Power BI & DAX.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Advanced statistical knowledge.
• Knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) and PowerApps is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• VBA/Macros and Visual Basic knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is preferred.
