Our client is a manufacturing/FMCG company owned by PIF (Public Investment Fund). For their growth plans, we are looking for a BI Analyst. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital domains. The role requires deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, data models, and integration with external/manual datasets when needed. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate and scalable reporting solutions.

This position will be based full-time onsite at the client's office in Saudi Arabia and will be engaged as a contractor. Ikame will be also necessary for non-Saudi citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate reporting requirements from multiple departments into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion reports, dashboards, and KPIs using FAW, OTBI, BI Publisher, and downstream BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Superset etc.).
  • Integrate manual datasheets, lookups, and external data sources when required to enrich analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation of reporting logic and data definitions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and SMEs to ensure data accessibility and performance optimization.
  • Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for delivered reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related technical fields from accredited universities.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, Finance, HCM, Supply Chain).
  • 5+ years of experience in the related field.
  • Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle FAW, and data models.
  • Ability to build custom dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Superset, Tableau etc.).
  • Experience working with data blending, lookup logic, and manual dataset integration.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, KPIs, and business processes.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia full-time as a contractor and manage continuity via backup resource planning.
