Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data warehouse architecture, building robust ETL pipelines, and translating complex data into clear visual insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data warehouse systems to support business reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop, test, and optimize end-to-end ETL processes for data integration from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Present data findings, insights, and BI solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data role.
• Data Warehousing: Proven experience in designing, modeling, and architecting data warehouses.
• ETL Tools: Strong experience in ETL processes; knowledge of Talend or equivalent tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Apache NiFi, WS Glue, Pentaho).
• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts into business insights.
