Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Reporting & Dashboard Developer to analyze business data and transform it into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. The role supports business decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports for business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize report performance and improve data models where required.
- Document BI processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills-able to explain insights to technical and non-technical users.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience working with large enterprises or manufacturing data environments.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
