Position Title- CCS M365 EMEA Category Support
Length of Contract: 18 Months
Job Description
Performance Tracking & Analysis
· Decipher market trends leading to growth of new customers and unlock areas of opportunity through Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis.
· Track in-store and online execution of M365 marketing and promotional activities, providing data-based recommendations as required.
· Analyse product pricing across retailer websites and create a PowerBi view to track weekly fluctuations.
· Work across functions (Sales, Marketing, Category) to track investments and suggest ways to increase ROI through new activities.
· Manage the weekly reporting rhythm across key metrics – M365 Attach to device, Cloud Mix, and Gross Adds (Net New Customers).
Incentive Support
· Assist M365 territory managers on promotional plans, updating spending trackers and assessing utilisation.
· Collaborate with the Windows category team to create a promotional map highlighting the correlation of M365 and Windows offers across the EMEA market.
· Track partner claim reports to highlight utilisation of programmatic funds.
Rhythm of Business & Community Support
· Assist in the creation of presentations for monthly insight meetings and executive visits.
· Drive agenda topics through weekly team connection calls, showcasing project updates and weekly performance insights.
· Create a suggested framework for collaboration with other categories and functions to support business continuity and shared planning.
· Lead quarterly funding competition, tracking submissions and scoring.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
· Self-motivated individual with a growth mindset
· Have analytical skills and strong financial acumen.
· Energetic individual with a desire to learn & grow.
· Confident to represent business insights in front of stakeholders at all levels inside and outside Microsoft.
· 2-5 years experience in Category, Marketing or Sales preferably in consumer electronics or consumables industry.
· An individual that exemplifies Microsoft values including integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence and mutual respect.
· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field, OR equivalent experience.
