2. Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Manager – Commercial Appliance Solutions, UAE to support SolutionMall's commercial appliance business development in the United Arab Emirates.

This is a flexible cooperation-based business development role suitable for professionals with local customer resources, distributor relationships, channel experience, or business development experience in commercial appliances, hospitality equipment, restaurant equipment, supermarket equipment, commercial refrigeration, laundry equipment, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, facility supply, or B2B equipment sectors.

The role focuses on developing customer opportunities, building distributor and channel relationships, identifying real procurement needs, supporting RFQ development, coordinating quotations, and helping SolutionMall promote commercial appliance solutions in the UAE market.

We are especially interested in candidates who understand the difference between commercial-use equipment and ordinary household appliances.

This is not a household appliance retail sales role. It is a B2B business development role focused on commercial-use, project-based, and long-term-use equipment for real business and facility scenarios.

The ideal candidate should be able to support:

3. Key Responsibilities

Customer and Channel Development

Develop customer and channel opportunities in the UAE, including:

  • Hotels and resorts
  • Restaurants and catering companies
  • Supermarkets and retail chains
  • Hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Laundromats and laundry service companies
  • Commercial buildings and facility projects
  • Facility management companies
  • Equipment distributors and dealers
  • Contractors and project procurement teams

Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, facility operators, procurement teams, contractors, and project contacts.

Support SolutionMall in expanding access to commercial appliance projects, equipment procurement opportunities, and long-term cooperation channels in the UAE.

Commercial Appliance Solution Promotion

Promote SolutionMall's commercial appliance solutions, including:

  • Commercial laundry equipment
  • Commercial refrigeration systems
  • Commercial kitchen equipment
  • Commercial dishwashers
  • Commercial water heaters
  • Commercial display cabinets and display equipment
  • HVAC systems
  • Exhaust and ventilation systems
  • Hotel and restaurant equipment
  • Supermarket and retail facility equipment
  • Hospital, laundromat, and commercial building facility equipment
  • Spare parts, accessories, installation materials, and project-support products

Help customers select suitable equipment based on actual application scenarios, operating capacity, site conditions, energy efficiency, maintenance requirements, budget, and long-term use expectations.

RFQ and Quotation Follow-Up

Follow up with customers on project background, equipment needs, procurement direction, budget expectations, technical requirements, delivery timelines, RFQs, and quotation progress.

Coordinate with SolutionMall teams, suppliers, distributors, and project contacts to move qualified commercial appliance opportunities forward.

Support product selection, quotation communication, project verification, solution confirmation, commercial negotiation, and order-related follow-up where needed.

Market Feedback and Commercial Coordination

Share local market insights in the UAE, including:

  • Demand trends
  • Project opportunities
  • Customer preferences
  • Pricing sensitivity
  • Channel conditions
  • Competitor activity
  • Common procurement habits
  • Popular commercial appliance categories
  • After-sales and maintenance expectations

Help SolutionMall strengthen its local market understanding and cooperation strategy in the UAE commercial appliance sector.

4. Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commercial appliance business development
  • Commercial appliance sales
  • Hospitality equipment
  • Restaurant equipment
  • Supermarket equipment
  • Commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Laundry equipment
  • Commercial kitchen equipment
  • HVAC or ventilation systems
  • Facility equipment supply
  • B2B equipment sales
  • Channel development or distributor cooperation
  • Project-based procurement or quotation follow-up

Familiar with commercial-use equipment and able to understand customer needs, product selection, RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and distributor communication.

Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, dealers, contractors, facility operators, or project contacts in the UAE.

Working proficiency in English.

Preferred

  • Existing customer or channel resources in the UAE
  • Experience with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, hospitals, facility management companies, equipment distributors, or project contractors
  • Experience in RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, channel development, distributor cooperation, business development, or project opportunity development
  • Familiarity with the UAE commercial appliance procurement ecosystem
  • Experience in commercial refrigeration, commercial laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or facility equipment is a strong advantage
  • Arabic communication ability is preferred
