Job Description

Job Designation: Business Manager

Experience: 6-13years

Location: Bengaluru

  • Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report on the team s performance to senior leadership. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the presales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
