Job Description

This is not a dealership GM role. This is a vast regional automotive trading and export mandate at serious scale. We are looking for a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth, market expansion and margin discipline across a multi market automotive platform operating across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.

The business moves serious volume. Multi continent exposure. Large export flows. Complex supplier ecosystems. This role sits directly with the Group CEO and has board visibility.

What you will own

  • Group level commercial strategy across automotive verticals.
  • Revenue growth with yield discipline, not volume at any cost.
  • Market expansion across frontier and emerging economies.
  • Supplier negotiations across global OEM and trading partners.
  • Inventory health and working capital optimization.
  • Performance governance across regions and business units.
  • This is a role for someone who understands automotive trading, import and export mechanics, and the realities of cross border vehicle supply chains.

What you bring to the table

  • 15 plus years in automotive commercial leadership
  • Strong exposure to international automotive trading
  • Multi market experience across Middle East, Africa, Europe or Asia
  • Proven P&L ownership at regional or group level
  • Ability to scale revenue while protecting margin
  • Comfort operating in entrepreneurial, fast growth environments
