• Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on efficiency and optimization

• Proven ability to conduct Training and mentor teams to drive performance
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management for successful planning and execution
• Proficiency in market research and customer relationship management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing agencies or marketing operations is advantageous
