Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Contract: 6 months (Possibility for extension or perm conversion)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and product enhancements while handling core daily insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end UAT, validate test plans, log defects with SMEs, and draft training documentation.
• Process CDD clearances, freelook requests, counter-offer letters, fund calls, and refunds.
• Partner across internal teams (IT, Risk, Finance) and external parties (Brokers, CPF Board, Policyholders).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in a related field.
• Prior 2+ years experience in life insurance operations and system/UAT testing.
• Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently within teams.
