Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Business Operations Management

  • VCC Lifecycle Management: Manage daily operations of Virtual Credit Cards (VCC), covering the full lifecycle including virtual card bin application, limit configuration, activation/freezing, and expiration cancellation, to meet scenario-based needs such as airline/GDS ticket procurement, hotel pre-authorization, and bulk DMC (Destination Management Company) payments.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients to resolve card usage inquiries and transaction anomalies (e.g., failed charges, chargebacks), enhancing customer satisfaction and product stickiness.

2. Data-Driven Operations & Process Optimization

  • Metrics Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor core operational metrics (card issuance rate, transaction volume/value, chargeback rate, capital occupation cost) and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports to identify business pain points and growth opportunities through data analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Review VCC business processes (such as account opening approval, reconciliation & settlement, exception handling), propose optimization solutions and drive implementation — e.g., integrate with ERP systems to enable automated reconciliation, reducing 70%+ manual operations.
  • Travel Scenario Optimization: Optimize VCC limit allocation, validity period settings, and merchant lock rules based on travel industry characteristics (such as urgent ticketing, fragmented high-frequency orders) to improve capital efficiency and order conversion rates.

3. Risk Management & Compliance Assurance

  • Regulatory & Industry Compliance: Implement payment industry compliance requirements, ensuring operations adhere to PCI DSS data security standards, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and cross-border payment regulatory requirements; coordinate with internal audits and external compliance inspections.
  • Fraud & Risk Mitigation: Monitor suspicious transactions and collaborate with the risk control team to develop fraud interception strategies, utilizing merchant locks, dynamic limit controls, and one-click freezing to prevent unauthorized transactions and fund risks.
  • Policy Adaptation: Track changes in payment industry policies and card organization rules, promptly adjust operational strategies to ensure business compliance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Integration

  • Sales Enablement: Assist with the sales team to promote VCC business, providing product training, operational guidelines, and pre-sales support to facilitate customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Product & Technical Alignment: Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate business requirements (such as system functionality enhancements and automation tool development), driving iterative upgrades of the VCC management system to improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Establish internal knowledge-sharing mechanisms to disseminate VCC usage tips and scenario-based solutions to business teams, enhancing company-wide product proficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in International Trade, Tourism Management, Finance, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of operational experience in the travel industry (airline tickets/hotels/corporate travel management) or cross-border payment/VCC business operations; candidates familiar with GDS systems, airline settlement processes, or corporate travel management models are preferred.
  • Possess fundamental data analysis capabilities.

2. Core Competencies

  • Communication & Coordination: Ability to efficiently liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders (customers, banks, technology teams) and resolve cross-functional, cross-scenario collaboration challenges.
  • Risk Acumen: Strong awareness of payment industry risks, with the ability to respond swiftly to transaction anomalies and regulatory shifts, balancing business growth with risk control.
  • Stress Tolerance & Problem-Solving: Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency travel industry environments, independently resolving card disputes, payment outages, and unexpected emergencies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of pain points in travel-related cross-border payments (such as currency exchange costs, capital occupation, complex reconciliation); familiarity with VCC product features and application scenarios is preferred.
