Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist located in Sheikh Zayed. The role will oversee daily operations, manage sales processes, contribute to project management, and ensure consistent collaboration across teams. They will implement efficient operational workflows, track performance metrics, and support key company strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and implementing effective workflows
- Project Management abilities to lead and execute initiatives on time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or e-commerce sector is a plus
