Job Description

This is a 6-month contract role, renewable depending on business needs!

As the Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with regional leadership, global business partners, and cross-functional teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies across the APAC region.

In this role, you will balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, streamline operations, and support key expansion initiatives across diverse geographic markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Operations: Partner with regional leadership to establish performance targets, manage quota allocation, monitor key metrics, and lead routine business reviews.
  • Data Analytics & Modeling: Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses, build predictive models, and extract actionable insights from business data to resolve operational bottlenecks and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Global & Regional Alignment: Serve as a primary communication bridge between global stakeholders and local market teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly.
  • Market Expansion & Optimization: Support local strategies focused on lead generation, conversion rate enhancement, inventory acquisition, and pricing optimization in collaboration with Data Science teams.
  • Enablement & Playbooks: Design, implement, and maintain sales and account management playbooks, defining standardized systems and workflows to scale market performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assist regional leadership in tracking team productivity, assessing field effectiveness, and measuring project return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven track record of leveraging dashboards and reporting tools to extract insights and drive sales force productivity across the entire client lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of various commercial business models, field productivity programs, and regional execution frameworks.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships across diverse departments, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and working effectively in both team and autonomous settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail and precision.
  • Advatage but not a requirment: Knowledge in SQL, data manipulation, and financial/business modeling or Salesforce and standard cloud productivity suites.
