About the Role
We are seeking a Business Optimization Manager who will work closely with the CEO and all key departments including Marketing, HR & Recruitment, Finance, Admin, Sales Operations, and AML. This role is critical in improving the efficiency, productivity, and overall alignment of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deep-Dive Analysis Across Departments
- Review existing processes and workflows end-to-end
- Identify delays, inefficiencies, and areas prone to error
- Benchmark against industry best practices
- Use data and KPIs to assess operational performance
- Collaborate with department leaders to determine root causes
- Deliver clear findings and improvement reports
2. Solutions & Process Improvements
- Design optimized workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Recommend tools, systems, or process upgrades
- Create actionable implementation roadmaps
- Support teams in adopting new procedures successfully
- Ensure compliance and consistency across functions
3. Performance Monitoring & Governance
- Develop simple, clear KPI dashboards for leadership visibility
- Track progress weekly or monthly to ensure accountability
- Improve communication and handovers between departments
- Drive reduction in delays, errors, and misaligned processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ Years in Operations / Process Improvement
- Engineering, Business Operations, or related background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data interpretation and operational planning ability
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
- Experience leading change initiatives
- Knowledge of Real Estate operations
