Business Performance Analyst (Power BI)

Job Description

We are looking for a Financial BI Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, financial analysis, and business performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Analyze financial and business performance.
• Work with P&L, budgets, forecasts, sales, profit margins, inventory, and KPIs.
• Perform variance and performance analysis.
• Create Management and Executive Dashboards.
• Work with different departments to identify KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Automate manual reports and reduce dependency on Excel.
• Provide insights and analysis to support management decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in financial and business performance analysis.
• Good understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with KPI and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• SQL and ERP experience are a plus.

Important: We are looking for someone who combines Power BI/BI skills with financial and business analysis experience, not a Power BI Developer only.
