Job Summary
The Business Performance Analyst Team Lead will guide a high-performing analytics team focused on driving data-powered decision making across the organization. You will translate complex data insights into actionable strategies, collaborate with stakeholders across functions, and lead initiatives that optimize performance, efficiency, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to shape business strategy and performance improvement initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and standard reporting to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
- Partner with product, operations, finance, and marketing to design experiments, run analyses, and interpret results.
- Establish data governance, best practices, and scalable analytics processes.
- Present findings to senior leadership and translate complex results into clear, actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams or projects with a strong track record of delivering impact.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven industry such as technology, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research).
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud).
