Job Description

We urgently seek a senior-level Business Process Consultant to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions for a 6-month contract role.

You should be available immediately and for a duration of 6-months.

This contract role focuses on end-to-end process analysis, future-state design, requirements definition, and guiding organizations through complex ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Process Assessment & Redesign

  • Evaluate existing procurement and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Design optimized processes aligned with organizational objectives and modern ERP capabilities.
  • Lead workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and meet the needs of the organization.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including current and future state process maps.

Transformation Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Develop transition strategies from legacy systems to modern procurement and supply chain solutions.
  • Define implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

ERP Program Collaboration

  • Work with technical teams and implementation partners to support system configuration based on approved process designs.
  • Oversee alignment between process requirements and system capabilities across all functional areas.
  • Ensure seamless integration between core procurement/supply chain processes and related business systems.

Testing & Validation

  • Develop test plans to validate that system capabilities support designed business processes.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are fully met.

Change Management & Training

  • Support organizational change activities associated with process and system transformations.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and facilitate training for end-users.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership throughout the transformation journey.
  • Oversee implementation teams and ensure high-quality delivery of design documentation and recommendations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory transformation consulting.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale process redesign initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and transition planning.
  • Understanding of modern cloud-based ERP procurement and inventory capabilities.
  • Experience contributing to RFP development and vendor evaluation activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and documentation skills.
