Job Title Business Analyst – Business Process Modeling (BPMN) – Manager / Senior Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Modeling and BPMN 2.0 to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to document As-Is / To-Be processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery workshops and document end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process models, process maps, and documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business processes into functional requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate stakeholder validation sessions and ensure process alignment.
- Define process KPIs, SLAs, roles, and handoffs.
- Maintain process repositories and modeling standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement roles.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in BPMN process modeling.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN standards and best practices.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Visual Paradigm, ARIS).
- Exposure to ERP / CRM / workflow systems is a plus.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
- CBAP / CCBA / ECBA
- OCEB (BPM)
- Lean Six Sigma
- TOGAF or ITIL
