Are you passionate about improving business performance, streamlining operations, and leading transformation initiatives At Ali & Sons, we are looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist to play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and optimize business and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Lead and coach Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Innovation, and Sustainability methodologies.
- Monitor and report Group-wide KPIs to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles and best practices.
- Support data analytics initiatives and develop business cases to scale process improvements across the organization.
- Drive change management initiatives by engaging stakeholders and promoting best practices across Ali & Sons Group companies.
- Measure internal process capabilities against business targets and recommend improvement actions.
- Deliver annual hard and soft savings through process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Optimization, or Digital Transformation.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Proven success in leading transformation and process improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, digitalization, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in coaching and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
