Job Description

Position Objective

A seasoned Business Process & Performance Management Expert responsible for leading the development, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes. The role ensures processes are clear, efficient, controlled, measurable, and aligned with departmental mandates while supporting KPI development and performance monitoring as a secondary responsibility.

Job Description & Required Skills

Business Process Management

  • Develop, review, and improve business processes, procedures, workflows, SOPs, and operating models across.
  • Map current and future-state processes using BPMN, SIPOC, RACI, flowcharts, and value stream mapping.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, ownership issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate departmental mandates into clear processes, roles, responsibilities, controls, and governance requirements.
  • Facilitate process workshops with stakeholders to validate processes, define pain points, and agree on improvement actions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, governance records, templates, process libraries, and version control.
  • Support process automation and digitisation by preparing business requirements, process logic, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure processes include proper controls, escalation paths, accountability, compliance checkpoints, and evidence requirements.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Governance, Risk, Internal Audit, and Shared Services to ensure process alignment and compliance.

KPI & Performance Management

  • Support development and review of departmental KPIs linked to key processes, ensuring they are SMART, measurable, and mandate-aligned.
  • Monitor process-related KPI performance and identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare performance insights and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Use KPI results to recommend process enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, governance, performance management, or PMO.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of direct hands-on experience in process design, mapping, documentation, and improvement.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
  • Business process management, mapping, redesign, and optimisation
  • BPMN, workflow modelling, and process governance,RPA
  • SOP, policy, and procedure development
  • Business requirements documentation and process automation support
  • Stakeholder engagement and senior-level workshop facilitation
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
  • KPI development, performance measurement, and dashboard reporting
  • Proven experience facilitating senior-level workshops and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience linking processes to KPIs, controls, risks, and performance reports.
  • Preferred certifications: CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, BPMN 2.0, CBAP, Certified KPI Professional, PMP, or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
