Business Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution and commercialization
• Drive new product launch activities, including regulatory coordination, launch timelines, packaging, and sales readiness.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support OEM projects, new distributor onboarding, and strategic business development initiatives.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Develop and improve project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation.
• Organize project meetings, maintain project records, and follow up on action items.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management or business operations experience, preferably within the medical device, IVD, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product launch processes and regulatory coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
