Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery governance for assigned workstream(s), including planning, scheduling, milestones, resource management, budget/forecast tracking, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Business, Ops, and Risk/Compliance to shape scope, outcomes, and success metrics. Analyze and document requirements (epics/features/user stories), process flows (as-is/to-be), business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discovery, process mapping, and prioritization workshops. Maintain backlog quality, dependency mapping, change control, and clear traceability from requirements to deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for in-scope system interfaces (upstream/downstream dependencies). Coordinate integration testing strategies (SIT/E2E), manage interface change impacts, and lead defect triage and readiness sign-offs.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues early. Escalate roadblocks with clear options and actionable recommendations.
- Drive daily stand-ups and program governance routines across Tech PMO, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, QA, Business SMEs, Compliance, InfoSec, and external vendors.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5-10+ years experience delivering technology change as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within complex, multi-team programs.
- Strong, hands-on experience coordinating system interfaces, integrations, and cross-team dependencies.
- Expertise in project planning, RAID management, stakeholder alignment, and status reporting.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, user story writing, traceability matrix creation, and supporting SIT/UAT execution.
- Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to produce crisp presentation packs, formal decision logs, and precise meeting minutes.
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience in Financial Services / Banking navigating regulated environments, auditability standards, and operational resilience.
- Familiarity with service transition, production readiness, and incident/problem management concepts.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, multi-regional teams across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
