Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Draft proposal content, company profiles, and client presentations.
• Support LinkedIn content, digital marketing campaigns and website updates.
• Contribute to strengthening company's market presence through engaging content and strategic proposal management.
• Conduct market and client research to support business opportunities.
• Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines.
• Maintain proposal templates and bid documentation.
• Track tender opportunities and submission status.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and version control of all proposal documents.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes.
