Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Secretary. The Business Secretary will perform a variety of administrative and secretarial duties to support professional staff and ensure the smooth operation of the business. Responsibilities include clerical tasks such as scheduling and maintaining records, company secretarial duties, communicating with stakeholders, and providing executive administrative assistance. Additionally, the role involves interacting with clients and delivering high-level customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including scheduling, document management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in company secretarial work, including preparing reports, managing legal documents, and ensuring compliance
- Proven abilities in executive administrative assistance tasks, including managing calendars and correspondence
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Educational background in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
