Role Description
- Consult with clients to understand their business goals and setup requirements
- Recommend suitable UAE business structures, Free Zones, or Mainland options
- Handle the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend the right solutions
- Proven experience in sales (any industry); business setup or services sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of UAE business setup processes and regulations is preferred but not mandatory
- Arabic speaking is a plus, not a requirement
- Target-driven mindset with confidence in closing high-value deals
