Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of establishing their business in the UAE, including mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.

This role involves a mix of sales, consultation, documentation, and relationship management, making it ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of UAE company formation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options based on their needs (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore).

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing detailed and accurate information about company formation procedures.

Prepare and submit company formation documentation and liaise with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone Authorities, etc.).

Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end support during the business setup process.

Stay updated with changes in UAE laws, rules, and regulations related to business licensing and visas.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and ensure timely follow-up.

Work towards monthly targets related to lead conversion and revenue generation.

Collaborate with internal departments such as PRO services, legal, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in business setup, corporate services, or related consultancy in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE company formation laws and procedures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
