Unispire is looking for an experienced UAE business setup services provider. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the business setup sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Manage client consultations on company formation, licensing, and visa services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure excellent client experience.
- Report sales performance and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business setup / corporate services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
