This role focuses on converting client inquiries into successful business registrations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on suitable company formation options.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Present Smart Ezone's services professionally and effectively to meet sales targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of documentation, licensing, and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, free zones, and company structures.
- Build lasting client relationships by providing consistent follow-up and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend optimal business solutions
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to guide clients through business setup processes
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and external stakeholders professionally
- Knowledge of Finance to assist clients in budgeting and understanding financial aspects of business setup
- Understanding of local business regulations and laws in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
