Auxilium is looking for an experienced Business Unit Team Leader to lead our Corporate & Residency Services Division.

We are seeking someone with strong operational leadership experience and deep hands-on expertise in:

• UAE & Saudi Arabia company incorporation
• Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore structures
• Corporate and post-incorporation services
• Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Remote Work Visa & Dependent Visa processing
• PRO, payroll, tax, accounting and compliance coordination
• Team leadership, OKRs and service delivery management
• Government authority and external vendor management
• Client relationship management and upselling opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing corporate services teams and handling complex incorporation and residency cases across the GCC.
