About the Role:

The Business Setup Specialist serves as a primary guide for entrepreneurs and corporations looking to establish, register, and license new business entities. This role involves managing end-to-end company formation processes, advising clients on optimal corporate structures, navigating regulatory requirements, and coordinating with government authorities to ensure seamless setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with international and local clients to analyze business goals, recommend optimal legal structures (e.g., LLC, Branch, Free Zone), and outline registration procedures.

-  Lead end-to-end execution of company incorporation, including name reservation, document drafting (MOA/AOA), trade license issuance, and registration with relevant ministries.

- Assist clients with corporate bank account opening procedures, visa/residency processing, and obtaining secondary permits.

- Partner with internal legal, finance, and visa teams to deliver integrated, turn-key solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in business setup, corporate services.

- Solid understanding of local commercial company laws, licensing options, and government filing procedures.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex legal/administrative steps for clients.
