The Business Solutions Partner – Supply Chain plays a critical role in enhancing our supply chain operations by bridging field teams with smart technology and clean processes. By spending meaningful time in warehouses, procurement offices, and logistics operations, this role ensures our ERP, PIM, and other supply chain systems truly reflect how work happens on the ground. You'll drive improvements across procurement, inbound logistics, inventory, warehousing, and product data — while leading the way in our ERP modernization journe

What You'll

• DoBuild strong partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance tea

• ts.Act as the functional partner and product owner for ERP supply chain and procurement modules, Product Information Management (PIM), warehouse technologies, and other supply chain too
• ls.Ensure seamless flows between procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations, with a focus on data quality and efficien
• cy.Contribute to ERP modernization by documenting current-state challenges, defining future-state processes, and preparing teams for chan
• ge.Lead workshops, process mapping, and structured requirements sessions to transform operational challenges into actionable improvemen

• ingBachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fie
• ld.3+ years in a systems- and process-oriented role linked to supply chain operations, ERP supply chain modules, PIM, procurement, or logistics technolo
• gy.Strong understanding of procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory, item master data, and vendor management workflo
• ws.Hands-on experience mapping processes, defining requirements, supporting UAT, and delivering training to non-technical use
• rs.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concep
