The Business Solutions Supervisor supports the end-to-end presales cycle by coordinating RFX responses, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, high-quality proposals along with the relevant pricing/financials. This role bridges Sales, Operations, WF, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure timely and effective solution design aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and submission of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses within defined timelines.
- Align with internal stakeholders (Operations, WF, HR, Finance, IT) to gather inputs for solution design and pricing.
- Develop commercial and operational proposals, including staffing models, SLAs, and pricing structures.
- Customize client-facing presentations and solution narratives based on business needs.
- Maintain and update the RFX knowledge repository, templates, and standard responses.
- Assist in building cost models, pricing simulations, and financial scenarios.
- Ensure alignment with internal governance, approval processes, and quality standards.
- Participate in client discussions, clarifications, and solution walkthroughs when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
- Experience in one or more related functions in BPO industry (Project Management, Operation, Workforce, or Digital).
- Strong understanding of contact center / BPO operations and outsourcing models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent proficient in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills/Experience (Not a must – Having one or more will add a huge advantage)
- Experience in Business Solutions, Presales in BPO will add a huge advantage.
- Awareness with Gulf market.
- Knowledge of financial modeling or cost structures in outsourcing.
