Job Description
Our client, an international import/export/logistics leader is looking for a UAE NATIONAL Business & Stakeholder Relationship Development for their country offices in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work on their own initiative and, as importantly, be a team player.
Position Overview:
As a Business & Stakeholder relationship Development in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), your primary responsibility will focus on supporting the implementation of the Company s UAE Strategic roadmap engaging key stakeholders at private and public entities level.
This position reports directly to the General Manager UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the management in developing meaningful connections at C-suite level with key stakeholders including but not limited to:

Local shipping entities (ports, logistics infrastructure)
â¢
Relevant private sector entities driving volume and customer loyalty
â¢
Governmental entities (in the sector of transport, energy, maritime, education, Labor, A.I )
â¢
Provide insights and guidance on any local regulations and policies relevant to the Group activities (e.g free trade agreements and other government /trade development policies)
â¢
Support the management in implementing the company strategy for recruitment of national talents which includes liaising and building relationship with relevant entities (local universities) as well as representing the Company in relevant forums (career fairs); advice the management team on recruitment, onboarding and retention of national talents; liaise and engage with relevant ministries to those effects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in key Emirati institutions (Governmental) and/or Emirati businesses (industry lead)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
