Role Description

Spadile Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems across client environments. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries and play a key role in maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or on-site visits.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly.

Monitor system performance and ensure efficient and secure operations.

Document support processes, issues, and resolutions clearly.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Maintain asset inventory and ensure software license compliance.

Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, network rollouts, and IT infrastructure implementation.

Follow and enforce company IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Provide training and support to users on IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role.

Solid understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and networking concepts.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco (preferred).
