Technology You Will Work With:
- TypeScript across the whole stack.
- Web: Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS.
- API: NestJS (Node.js), Prisma, PostgreSQL.
- Mobile: React Native (Expo).
- Testing & delivery: Vitest, Playwright, Git, GitHub Actions, Docker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features across the platform — web, API and mobile — with guidance and code review from senior engineers.
- Model and query data with Prisma and PostgreSQL, and write the database migrations your changes require.
- Write automated tests for the code you deliver and keep the continuous integration pipeline green.
- Contribute to the platform's AI assistant features, including prompts, tool definitions and speech and image recognition integrations.
- Reproduce, investigate and fix issues reported by users in the region.
- Raise clear pull requests, respond constructively to review, and update the in-app user manual whenever your change alters what an operator sees or does.
- Follow the platform's design system so the interface stays consistent across screens and languages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and of React.
- Familiarity with server-side development in Node.js and with relational databases and SQL.
- Comfortable with Git and a pull-request based workflow.
- Willingness to write tests, and to read an unfamiliar codebase before changing it.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Advantageous:
- Next.js, NestJS, Prisma or another ORM, PostgreSQL.
- React Native or Expo.
- Tailwind CSS and headless component libraries such as Radix UI.
- Docker, GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling.
- Experience building on large language model APIs.
