Job Purpose:
To support the integration of sustainability and ESG principles into Hassan Allam Holding's business functions by driving data-based decision-making, improving environmental and social performance, supporting sustainable growth initiatives, and aligning operations with national and international sustainability frameworks. The role ensures that sustainability is embedded in business planning, performance management, and project delivery across subsidiaries.
Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data from different subsidiaries and functions.
- Support the development and tracking of sustainability KPIs and business performance targets.
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports, disclosures, and management dashboards.
- Conduct carbon footprint assessments and support decarbonization planning.
- Support implementation of sustainability-related policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Coordinate with ESG focal points to ensure consistent data flow and alignment.
- Support awareness sessions and internal capacity-building activities.
- Assist in responding to sustainability questionnaires, tenders, and other requirements from business partners or other stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or performance analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting and environmental impact assessment is preferred.
- Experience in green building projects is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor or above Degree in Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Sustainability or similar.

Sustainability Consultant - (Preferred).
