About The Role

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technology Consultant is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivering high-quality business requirements and solution designs in fast-paced corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), and software requirement specifications (SRS).
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to oversee solution design, manage project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and coordinate comprehensive SIT and UAT phases to ensure delivery excellence.
Required Skills
- Expertise in solution design and business analysis is essential, alongside proficiency in Project Management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
- Technical proficiency in documenting system flows and managing UAT/SIT cycles is required.
- Soft skills must include executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Education & Certification
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or CBAP are highly valued but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Strong familiarity with enterprise-level project management software and requirements management tools.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture or API integration projects would be considered a significant advantage.
