Role Description The Business Travel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for driving corporate and business travel sales. This position includes managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing customized travel proposals and packages for corporate accounts. The role involves negotiating contracts and rates, monitoring sales performance and travel budgets, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards. The Business Travel Sales Manager will coordinate closely with operations and reservations teams, maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, and regularly report on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong Travel Sales and Business Travel skills, with experience managing corporate travel accounts.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including client acquisition, account management, and negotiation.
- Ability to handle Budgeting and basic financial planning related to travel programs and corporate accounts.
- Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in common office software and, preferably, travel booking or GDS systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
